Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain working relationships and coordinate with government or community partners.
- Attend interviews recruiting project staff and volunteers and provide an initial assessment of human resources management for the most efficient
- The commitment to attend all meetings with the Department, inform and review the project progress in the event of obstacles to implementation and coordinate with it to take action
- To comply with the limits of authority granted to him by the administration and not to exceed them
- Preparation of work plans, implementation and supervision of compliance with the given time plan
- Divide and organize work between project staff and ensure that the entire team is fully understand the purpose and framework of the project, why it should be interfered with and what their respective competencies are
- Guide, support, and provide feedback to ensure the work runs correctly
- Supervise day-to-day operations and carry out project activities
- Identify potential obstacles and risks that the project may face and propose solutions and measures to mitigate or avoid them
- Ability to address, lead, inspire and motivate errors for action
- Supervise all project purchases on time in accordance with the approved Organization Regulations and coordinate with the Procurement Officer, the Repository Secretary and the Accountant

Specific Vacancy Requirements
- A university degree related to the project to be implemented and the priority for the masters degree campaign
- At least five years of experience in project-related work, preferably with non-governmental organizations
- It is preferable to have previous experience working with projects (Rehabilitation of infrastructure - early recovery and restoration of livelihoods - social cohesion)
