Responsibilities
- Develop a narrative reporting template for the UN JP Progress Report 1 in accordance with MPTFO, donor, and agency requirements. Reporting template should be aligned with Strategic Framework reporting requirements, focusing on achievement of the following results:
 Establish and develop a functional and appropriate reporting template that can input into Programme designing and implementation for Monitoring and Evaluation;
 Develop strategies and tools for data flow between all UN participating agencies;

- Draft final UN JP Progress Report with consolidated inputs from UN Agencies. Involves supporting the UN agencies to provide the necessary narrative inputs for three drafts.
 Data collection, data analysis and design of survey and questionnaires to collect data, including at community level, as needed;
 Provide support and serve as focal point with the UN Organizations;
 Ensure communication with UN organizations based on the reporting requirements and collection of needed information focusing on results-based reporting

- Handover report and briefing for incoming Joint Programme Manager and PMU M&E and Reporting Officer.
 Towards end of contract, the Reporting Officer Support submits to Joint Programme Manager a handover note with process and deliverable.
 Discuss the handover note with JPM.

Education
Master’s degree or equivalent degree in social studies, business, English literature, translation, development planning and management and/or other related field.
A first-level university degree in combination with two additional years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree.
