Responsibilities
- Assist RAC supervisor in providing day to day management of activities in center, contact families, and ensure material required for daily activities related to RAC-2
- Assist RAC supervisor for timely planning, implementation and reporting of program activities. Monitor activities to ensure that all are in line with program goals and objectives, and quality of trainers/facilitators and activities is maintained.
- Coordinate regularly with rehabilitation staff, behavioural and educational specialists in RAC to ensure smooth implementation of the activities and coordinate with RAC supervisor and PSS Officer - RAC for any SARC-related communication.
- Responsible for administrative management of the center’s staff, trainers/facilitators and volunteers and report to RAC supervisor & IMC office as required.
- Directly supervise technical staff (Educational & Behavioral supervisors and specialists and speech therapist) under the direction of RAC supervisor, to ensure activities are in line with program objectives and indicators and report any issues.
- Responsible for ensuring that data and information related to the rehabilitation program activities are collected regularly, monitored, and delivered to the focal point for the insertion in the data base.
- Responsible for logistics (including WHs) and financial management at RAC-2 level, maintaining transparent records and reporting as per standard practices and policies.
- Responsible for maintaining transparent flow of information as required among center staff, RAC supervisor and IMC MHPSS department.
- Coordinate with MHPSS Coordinator and IMC office to ensure smooth implementation of the activities in case of absence of the RAC supervisor
- Address RAC-2 staff and volunteers issues and coordinate with drivers, cleaners and guards to ensure security and general cleanliness of the center
- Other related assignments as required


Qualifications
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and other office procedures and terminology.
- At least 2 year experience specifically in counseling Essential
- Preferable Good English (writing and spoken).
- Very Good Computer Skills (MS Word, Excel, web browsers). Essential

Specific Vacancy Requirements
- Must show flexibility and be able to adapt to a stressed working environment if required.
- Previous experience in working with psychosocial and/or other social programs with international or locals NGOs.
- Willingness to work with a diverse team of expatriates and nationals.
- Previous experience in case management is an advantage.
- Experience in special education and training.
- Have a Team Work Spirit.
- Able to Put clear goals.
- Creative & professional and have good communication skills.
