Responsibilities
1. Evaluate the education needs in the catchment area of the center through different tools (FGD, counselling and meetings) and set up a plan to respond to the needs.
2. Plan and monitor the implementation of the different activities to ensure quality of services.
3. Identify out of the school children in the catchment area of the community center and ensure their integration in the formal education system.
4. Identify qualified trainers with relevant and adequate skills, provide technical support and evaluate their performance regularly.
5. Provide pre and post assessments templates to measure the achievement of the targets and the impact of the activities.
6. Manage attendance records for children and continuously assess their progress.
7. Ensure educational programs meet with standards and quality of performance.
8. Prepare weekly update and monthly reports on progress of activities.
9. Provide disaggregated data per age, gender, and nationality for the POCs benefited from the activities.
10. Participate in relevant trainings and attend meetings as required.
11. Perform any other related duties as required.

Qualifications
- University degree in Education (Master’s Degree is a strong plus)
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in the education sector, preferably in emergency response, humanitarian relief interventions
- Substantial experience working with International NGOs, UN agencies
- Demonstrated skills in assessment and training of trainers
- Relational skills when working with teachers, staff and communities.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills both in English and Arabic.
- Proficiency in computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Web Browser)
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in the education sector, preferably in emergency response, humanitarian relief interventions
