Responsibilities
Improve quality programming and accountability to AAH Beneficiaries and stakeholders:
- Build staff and partners awareness and commitment to accountability.
- Carry out field visits to follow up on activities implementation.
Management of stakeholders’ feedback:
- Respond to enquiries from program beneficiaries via email, phone calls...etc.
- Document the Frequently Asked Questions and their responses for every project.
-Ensure that confidentiality of complaints is respected.
-Ensure complaints are closed within the appropriate timeframe.
Reporting and Referrals:
- Submit internal, and accurate reports to the concerned programs/head of projects. The reports will be submitted weekly, or daily according to the urgency of the case; include monthly recommendations, if needed.
- Accurately refer cases internally within the departments of AAH and follow-up the case status progress.
- Ensure all documents and actions taken are documented, and feedback is given back to the caller.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field of social science, such as anthropology, humanitarian, or development studies
- Familiarity with humanitarian principles.
- Ethical, focused on treating complainants/ community fairly and culturally sensitive
- More than 2 years of experience related to humanitarian assistance, program quality, or human resources
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Sound analytical and conceptual skills
- Excellent communication skills and experience in report writing
- Languages: Arabic (fluent), English (professional proficiency speaking and writing)
- IT systems: Word, Excel, Power Point

Specific Vacancy Requirements

- Ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion and confidentiality

Salary and Benefits
As per Syria Mission Salary Scale.
