Responsibilities
1. Organize the customer RBT suggestions received by Contact Center team and Syriatel website.
2. Categorize the RBT’s.
3. Mix and customize/edit the “songs” / melodies to be compatible with RBT formats (size and duration etc…)
4. Review the spelling of the melodies information on a regular basis in order to unify them.
5. Support in operations tasks related to RBT offers and services.
6. Update the concerned parties in Customer Service Department with the new RBT releases.
7. Listens to, and approve RBT’s downloaded by service providers.
