Responsibilities
1. Produce the design and production for websites, product graphics, web logos, and social media graphics.
2. Translate product positioning, existing research, and online Marketing strategies into effective designs.
3. Work with e-commerce team and internal and external developers to ensure aesthetics are aligned with usability, accessibility and web standards.
4. Work with developers to ensure proper implementation within a web environment and ensure consistency and integrity of the creative vision.
5. .Work with staff of Digital Marketing to translate and create marketing requirements into compelling, appropriate campaigns and designs.
6. Manage and produce digital design work, including banner sizing and versioning.
7. Ensure consistency of brand and creative across digital customer touch points.
8. Provide design support to other business lines to create product graphics, logos, identity design or other similar offline graphics.
9. Maintain archive of images, photos, or previous work products.
10. Review designs for errors before posting or publishing being able to provide each with proper and required file and graphic formats
11. Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
1. Use Adobe Creative Suite - InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere and After effect
2. A degree-level professional qualification relevant to graphic design
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
4. Attention to detail and accuracy
5. Skilled in designing new material that fits its target audience
6. Self-motivated, highly organized and able to work to demanding deadlines
7. Ability to manage own workload including logging hours and activity on web based crm and project management tools
8. Experience of designing for both web and offline
9. A positive and proactive attitude
