1. Check customers' basic information reports including (5 keys, ID, gender, address, email and any requested information) and follow up any missing/ invalid information.
2. Check customers marketing information reports including (interests, hobbies, education, marital status, income, etc...) and follow up any missing/ invalid information.
3. Check corporates information reports including (corporate name, profession, group head, ID) and follow up any missing/ invalid information.
4. Check reported cases by Customer Information Operations Checking Representative and arrange for any needed update.
5. Suggest new ideas and tools to improve the process of gathering customers information and coordinate with concerned parties for implementation.
6. Coordinate with concerned parties to ensure that all customers information is useful and receive requests to gather specific information about customers.
7. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
8. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.
9. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.
