1. Check customers’ electronic records scanned by POS Representatives and sub dealers via “Terra” to ensure the accuracy of information and adherence to Syriatel and regulatory conditions.
2. Report mistakes related to customers’ records information, validity of customers’ identification documents, subscription conditions and fraud cases to Service Desk Reporting & Analysis Section.
3. Verify customers’ eligibility for specific offers by matching offer’s conditions with customer’s information and correct any discrepancies accordingly.
4. Gather customers’ needed/ missing information by contacting them during events or through phone calls and report cases, which need update to Customer Information Operations Coordinator.
5. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
6. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.
7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.
