Responsibilities
1. Handle requests and requirements related to PSTN lines, beneficiary numbers, VSAT, ISP, custom clearance, vehicle temporary entrance, security approval with concerned entities in coordination with the concerned department, follow them up, provide feedback, and escalate issues when needed.
2. Coordinate with Marketing & Sales Department and governmental entities to support Syriatel events within the scope of Governmental Operations Section.
3. Coordinate with Technical Department and Facility Management Unit in Procurement Department to check the possibility of installing new equipment requested by Syrian Wireless Organization “SWO” and get the needed approvals.
4. Provide support related to the ADSL service by following up all requests received from the concerned departments with Syrian Telecom “ST” (subscription, service activation, complaints).
5. Arrange and coordinate meetings with concerned within governmental operations scope, follow up the implementation of the agreed action points, and escalate pending actions when needed.
6. Prepare and submit weekly status and progress report to Head of Section.
7. Conduct field visits with the concerned in Syriatel depts. and external entities to handle the requests on-site and sustain professional relationships.
8. Establish and maintain professional relationship between Syriatel and related external entities.
9. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
10. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.
11. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.


Qualifications
1. Education: Bachelor Degree is required, preferably in Business Administration.
2. Experience: 1 to 2 years relevant experience is a plus, preferably in Telecom.
3. Professional Certification: N/A
