Responsibilities
1. Check the received legal documents related to sites contracts before delivering them to the Sites Contracts Lawyer.
2. Coordinate with the concerned departments to obtain additional information and documents related to sites contracts.
3. Prepare drafts of sites contracts, appendices and termination agreements.
4. Format the drafted documents of the sites contracts upon receiving them from Sites Contract Lawyer.
5. Create a summary of contracts upon request from HOS.
6. Verify the contracts’ signed copies in comparison with the soft copies which were previously sent to procurement department for signature, and report discrepancies to Sites Contract Lawyer
7. Prepare drafts of legal notifications related to sites.
8. Provide preliminary review and legal recommendations for Syriatel forms related to sites.
9. Provide preliminary study and feedback of requests related sites contracts authorizations, Power of Attorney, bank transfer requests…etc.
10. Conduct legal orientations for all new recruits.
11. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
12. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.
13. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.
