1. Prepare weekly visit plan based on corporate customer classification, conduct visits accordingly, issue daily visits information report to Head of Section and register data on the related System.
2. Follow up all requests and inquiries related to corporate customers to ensure proper handling and timely response in coordination with Service Desk Unit.
3. Communicate with corporate customers in a courteous manner and respond to their complaints promptly.
4. Register corporate customers complaints on the related system with all details and information to be solved by the concerned unit.
5. Follow up all unpaid invoices reported from the concerned entity related to corporate customers to ensure proper closing and solving according to related procedure.
6. Promote and sale Syriatel products & services to corporate customers.
7. Generate reports according to MR& SL-list of reports and maintain high level of accuracy within the preset frequency and deadline.
8. Search for new corporate customers to achieve preset target of opening new corporate accounts and review them with Corporate Sales Head of Section.
9. Monitor, collect, and escalate any new information regarding market situation and competitors offers to Head of Section.
10. Support in the implementation of market surveys conducted by Marketing Dept.
11. Suggest new services and solutions to fulfill customer's needs.
12. Define findings related to Corporate Customers activities, provide recommendations & propose developmental plan to Corporate Sales Head of Section.
13. Coordinate with Corporate Solution Specialist at Marketing & Sales Department for new corporate services launching, promoting and training.
14. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
15. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and team work.
16. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.
