Responsibilities
- Provide support during audit exercise and internal/external spot checks.
-Ensure high quality and complete translation of project partners' financial and general administrative documentation in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensures timely and accurate filing of all documentation related to compliance .
-Maintains the mission Archives according to the achiving system
- Translate report and other documents requested.
- Maintains files and records such as incoming/outgoing correspondence and reporting.
- Adhere to the Mission Reporting system and submit on time the reports requested.
- Consolidate reports and documentation as requested by line manager

Qualifications
- Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accountancy or any relevant filed .
- 1 years experience in administration.
- Humanitarian sector knowledge Is a plus.
- Computer and internet use skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
