Responsibilities
● Perform operations including hardware installation, cabling, router/switch configuration, and monitoring network equipment.
● Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, and peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications.
● Read technical manuals and conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems and to provide technical assistance and support.
● Provide support in troubleshooting, analyzing, and resolving technical issues.
● Provide support with Installation, configuration and troubleshooting a variety of CCTV Monitoring Solutions including DVR/NVR, video/audio/IP phones, patch panels, converters

Qualifications
● 1+ years of progressive experience in hardware installation and configuration.
● A degree in computer systems is desired, or equivalent professional certificates, or 2+ years of progressive working experience.
● Understand Network topologies, different routing protocols, VLANs, virtual switches, network zones (DMZ, LAN, WAN).
● Experience on a basic level IP-based networking, subnetting and routing.
● Experience with working on Windows, Linux systems at the CLI.
● Ability to write reports, perform research and read datasheets and operation manual in English Language.
● Basic experience with (IP Cameras, DVR, NVR and IP Telephony) is a plus.
