Responsibilities
As Social Media Officer, you will drive the development of our social media channels and support our social communities. Collaborating with the Brand Manager and teams across BeeORDER, you will:
• Plan and create engaging social media content to promote our services and research, support people and increase recognition of the brand.
• Ensure our Facebook and Instagram communities receive a high level of support through effective moderation and strong community management
• Contribute to the communications and marketing planning across the whole organization
• Contribute to the ongoing measurement, evaluation and impact of our social media activity
Main Responsibilities and Duties:
1-Support the Brand Manager and wider teams to deliver BeeORDER’S social media strategy.
2-Provide an exceptional level of support to our social media communities across Facebook and Instagram by moderating, responding to and escalating messages and feedback in a timely and supportive manner.
3-Work with members of the digital and communications team to plan, create and deliver highly engaging, creative and audience-focused social media content taking into account brand. guidelines and wider organizational ambitions and objectives
4-Monitor and maintain the cross-team digital communications planner and lead weekly planning and insight meetings.
5-Support our teams in Aleppo with their social media plans and grow our reach nationwide.
6-Contribute to the ongoing measurement and evaluation of our social media activity and work on new ways to demonstrate impact.
7-Deliver internal communications to activate our staff to amplify our social media activity.
8-Work with the Brand Manager to keep social media policy, procedures and guidelines up to date and ensure they are communicated effectively.
9-Monitor the industry social media channels and prepare daily reports and deliver them to the brand manager.

Qualifications
1-Experience of working on large, busy social media channels.
2-High level of digital literacy and IT skills.
3-Experience in creating engaging and impactful social media content shaped by insight (video, images, blog posts, storytelling, live video).
4-Strong community management experience across all major social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram).
5-Strong writing skills and the ability to take complex information, and turn it into FAQ communications for the wider public.
6-A solid understanding of the social media landscape, emerging channels and trends.
7-Experience of working with senior management and wider teams to help them better understand social media and its impact.
8-Ability to think creatively about developing our social media channels and communities.
9-Good understanding of social media issues and crisis management processes.
