Responsibilities
-Helping the team in Hassakeh in conducting the technical assessment and following up the implementation of infrastructure rehabilitation project within Hassakeh.
-Conduct filed Visit and to fill assessment form, Bill of Quantities BOQ for schools or/ health centers or/and any public infrastructures.
-Preparing drawings and BOQ when needed
-Follow up the quality of the executed works and the equipment delivered to the project site
-Follow up the time schedule agreed with the contractor, the line manager and the project officer.
-prepare and submit to line Manager Daily/weekly/monthly Progress Reports
-Support in receiving the works from the contractors and suppliers, signing the certificate of reception, calculating the quantity of delivered goods/equipment to the work locations.
-Help in the handing over process of the site location to partners (governorate, ministry, SARC).
-Any other tasks related to infrastructure rehabilitation projects.


Qualifications
- Engineers Degree, Experience as engineer in private or public institution is an asset.
- Advanced Shelter needs assessments and data analysis skills.
- Good knowledge of project cycle management.
- Experience in implementing shelter Project interventions for at least 1 year.
- Previous experience in the humanitarian field (at least 1 year).


Specific Vacancy Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office mandatory, Knowledge of geographical information systems (GIS)
- Mobility (national/ international)
