Responsibilities
1. Answer all customers' calls and respond to their inquiries in adequate manner.
2. Promote and sell RBT songs through answering 1666 calls in a professional manner.
3. Handle customers’ requests related to RBT service on Facebook page, DJ SMS and register their suggestions on the relevant system.
4. Register customers' complaints service, inquiries and suggestion on the related system to be followed by the concerned party.
5. Report all detected problems or system errors to the direct line of authority.
6. Call back all abandoned calls.
7. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
8. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.
9. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.
