Responsibilities
1. Evaluate business requirement specifications to ensure they are complete, feasible and realizable and discuss the recommendations and inquiries resulted from the evaluation with Business Analyst.
2. Decompose high-level business requirements into details, develop them into technical requirements and record the result in the Software Requirements Specification (SRS) and Technical Requirement Specification (TRS) documents.
3. Provide Business Analyst with a brief of the prepared (SRS Software Requirements Specification)
4. Coordinate with Mobile & Web Applications team and Business Analyst to negotiate and analyze trade-offs between System performance and requirements.
5. Coordinate with UI/UX Design section’s to prepare & develop mobile mockup design.
6. Participate in building code and customize web applications according to system analysis and design documents and assure its compliance with Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI).
7. Prepare and maintain requirements database and Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
8. Participate in reviewing system test cases prepared by MIS Testing Specialist and Web System Designer and provide feedback.
9. Review code development to ensure that code meets standards and appropriate tools.
10. Provide Technical feedback by analyzing the potential impact of any change request and take the necessary measures that ensure rolling back application change.
11. Participate in developing disaster recovery plans in coordination with Business Continuity Section to maintain service availability of assigned applications.
12. Review Section’s technical documentations and ensure they are accurate and up to date.
13. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
1. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and team work.
2. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.

Qualifications
1. Education: Bachelor Degree in Information Technology Engineering (Software / Artificial Intelligence) or equivalent is required.
2. Experience: 3 Years of System Analysis and Development experience are required.
3. Professional Certification: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Java SE Programmer /Java EE Application Developer (Latest two versions)/Associate Android Developer Certifications are a plus.
