Responsibilities
1. Update monthly Purchasing plan based on requests of the departments.
2. Prepare the purchase orders based on the Purchasing plan and requests of departments.
3. Ensure the Clarity, detailed and completeness of the order of purchase as per the related procedure specially for requested items’ specifications.
4. Follow up the approval cycle of the Purchasing orders as per the related procedures.
5. Communicate with local and foreign suppliers to request offers/ RFQs as per the requested Purchasing orders.
6. Gather feedback from the requesting department regarding the technical evaluation of the offers.
7. Participate in the quotations’ evaluation committees upon requested as per the related procedures.
8. Coordinate with suppliers regarding the delivery terms and any issues related to PO.
9. Coordinate with RG department for issuing the contracts/price agreements upon needed.
10. Coordinate with Finance department regarding the payments’ issues.
11. Contribute to the evaluation of suppliers and coordinate for supplier evaluation process.
12. Contribute to continuously updating the suppliers list based on continuous supplier evaluation.
13. Review all invoices related to suppliers’ issues before being sent to the Finance Department.
14. Follow up all requests on a daily and effective basis in order to meet the requests of the departments in a timely manner and to ensure no delay in this area.
15. Coordination with the Logistic Specialist regarding the shipment process.
16. Build strategic, professional and professional relationships with the company's suppliers.
17. Maintain all data relating to purchasing process and continuously updating them.
18. Prepare work reports related to the work of Purchasing to the Purchasing and Logistic Supervisor.

Qualifications
1.5 - 2 years’ experience in Purchasing domain
