Job Purpose and Outputs:
Manages a group of trainees using effective feedback and communication while assessing work performance and identifying areas for improvement and training opportunities.
Planning, directing work; appraising performance; He/ She is also responsible for coaching, resolving issues and serving as a link between trainees and workshops owner also Providing administrative works and oversee the workflow.
Duties and responsibilities
- Planning and managing the work in the field according to the project document
- Coordination and networking between the workshop owners and trainees
- Supervising and managing a group of trainees who all have a different personalities and skills to achieve the goals of the project
- Establishes performance expectations and conducts verbal and written evaluations based on expectations.
- Monitor trainee’s attendance and provide constructive feedback and coaching
- Ensure that the work environment is safe, secure and healthy.
- Support communication between trainee’s and shops owners
- Gather feedback from trainers and trainees during the training
- Monitor trainee’s performance
- Maintain timekeeping and personnel records
- Identify and address problems and opportunities and inform project manager about all issues
- Receive complaints and resolve problems from trainees and shops owners
- Pass on information from workshops owners to project manager and vice versa
- Prepare and submit performance reports
- Complete any necessary administrative tasks
