Responsibilities
Objective 1: To ensure effective feasibility analysis and the design of CVA activities in the mission:
Support the preparation and implementation of field assessments to determine the feasibility of CVA activities.
Contribute to the design of CVA activities in coordination with Action Against Hunger support and technical departments, and with implementing partners.
Contribute to the elaboration of proposals in close collaboration with the technical coordinators.
Support the elaboration of MoUs with partners for CVA activities.
Objective 2: To ensure successful implementation and monitoring of CVA activities according to Action Against Hunger and humanitarian agreed standards and protocols:
Ensure the availability of all Action Against Hunger Project Management tools related to CVA activities for effective planning and implementation.
Work closely with all departments to ensure projects are implemented according to planned timelines, within budget and following the PPPs.
Provide regular technical support to project and support staff, and to partners for efficient implementation of CVA activities.
Conduct field visits during all stages of the project to ensure good quality is maintained, and Action Against Hunger and donors’ standards on CVA activities are respected and followed regularly.
Ensure proper archiving and capitalization of the information related to CVA activities in the mission.
Objective 3: To contribute to building capacity of Action Against Hunger and implementing partner staff according to the needs identified:
Contribute to identifying Implementing Partner and Action Against Hunger mission staff training needs on CVA.
Propose a plan for addressing identified training needs related to CVA according to the different target audiences.
Participate in the update and adaptation of existing CVA training contents developed by Action Against Hunger or other partners (for example: CaLP)
Deliver internal and external training sessions related to CVA.

Qualifications
-University degree (BA in economics / or any related field).
Significant experience of Cash & Vouchers Assistance and Market Assessments.
-Knowledge of Project Cycle Management (Logical Framework Approach) Management of projects, including remote and in volatile security contexts.
-Basic knowledge of Monitoring and Evaluation concepts Reporting.
-One year of professional experience in the humanitarian field in similar position.
Significant experience of Cash & Vouchers Assistance and Market Assessments.
-Knowledge of Project Cycle Management (Logical Framework Approach) Management of projects, including remote and in volatile security contexts.
-Basic knowledge of Monitoring and Evaluation concepts Reporting.
