Responsibilities
Protection responsibilities
- Support the implementation of CP/ GBV/General Protection activities in accordance with agreed objectives.
- Ensure that all CP and GBV standards are respected and followed, and send ad-hoc and regular related reports.
- Provide individual support/case management for adolescent girls and GBV cases.
- Support mapping of services and development of effective referral pathways
- Support Identification of vulnerable individuals and facilitate appropriate action, including referrals to specialized services and protective accompaniment as necessary
- Support with TDH distribution activities ensuring vulnerable individuals are identified and fast tracked for assistance
- Provide input on case studies, best practices and lessons learned from each of the activities implemented
- Represent Project Manager in the area of activities, and carry any duties as may be assigned by the Project Manager, relevant to the achievement of Protection objectives
- Submits Report on meetings, activities, Child protection, all other reports requested by Project Manager.
- Support SARC in designing psycho social support activities within the program context.
- Provide on job capacity building for volunteers based on standards and manuals – supported by TdH-IT capacity building plan for local partner.
- Technical coordination with SARC branch for the implementation and planning of the activities.
- Monitor and evaluate the monthly plans of the staff by giving a regular feedback during the supervision sessions
- Modify activities and approaches as needed in order to be inclusive for PWDs.
Management Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and promote teamwork throughout program implementation.
- Develop detailed action plan for the program
- Produce, in coordination with the team, a weekly and a monthly plan of activities
- Write a weekly and a monthly internal report.
- Follow-up and ensure submission of all reports to TdH-IT Management
- Keep abreast of psycho-social issues and programs Internal and External Coordination:
- actively participate in staff meetings and other ad-hoc meetings as requested by the project manager at the HQ

Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in related field (Protection/Child Protection) with INGOs or At least 5 years of experience in related field with Local NGOs.
- BA in Law studies or related field
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Committed to working as part of a team
- Self-supporting in computers (Windows, Excel, Word)
