• Data Validation:
- Collect and organize data in hard copies from by the assessment team
- Perform the various data screening and cleaning process for data accuracy
- Perform any other data validation procedures as directed by Quality Assurance Manager
- Enter clean data into ODK forms
• Administration work:
- Data-entry activities as directed by and under the guidance of line manager or designate
- Support in collecting documents, eg. coupons back from the bases or other locations
- Assist in updating and verification of coupon issuance/receipt log or other registers
- Support in organization printing of coupons and its despatch
- Assist in preparing and checking relevant documents as assigned
- Support in document archiving
- Any other administration work as directed and request by line manager

1. Essential:
• Have relevant Institute degree or Undergraduate.
• 1 year data entry, validation. Wrangling.
• Very good English (oral & written).
Native Arabic speaker.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office Programmes, in particular Word,
Excel
2. Desirable
• Have relevant university degree
• 1 years’ experience in Humanitarian Work
• Certified for Excel skills for business from Macquarie
university or equivalent
• Have relevant Institute degree or Undergraduate.

This is a position based in Damascus/Country Office with periodic field visits (subject to staff safety procedures and movement approvals). Project locations currently include Rural Damascus, Homs,Der Ez-Zor, and Aleppo Governorates.
Working week is usually 5 days per week, Sunday to Thursday 8:30 - 16:30.
This position requires flexibility at times. Travel might be required to Lebanon/Jordan/Switzerland for training or meetings.
Planned start date: As Soon As Possible.
