Responsibilities
• Conducting research on potential products, vendors, and services, and comparing price and quality to ensure the best deal.
• Meeting with vendors and clients to negotiate the best contracts.
• Handling the day-to-day activities of the Procurement department.
• Support relevant departments with quotations for the purpose of cost calculations.
• Responsible for the preparation and processing of purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Writing reports on purchases made and performing cost analyses.
• Source, select and negotiate the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services providers, suppliers and sub-contractors.
• Maintain updated vendor list and supplier information, including addresses, contacts, product ranges.
• Prepare purchase cost analysis reports.
• Track the status of all purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure competent quality execution of all regular purchasing duties and administrative works.
• Assist logistics process for the development of new products, inventory maintenance, shipment and delivery, and returns on products.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
• Minimum four years experience in related fields.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Access).
• Flexibility to work well in a dynamic team environment.
• Ability to analyze and evaluate data.
• Good negotiation, communication (oral and written), analytical and problem solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and financially knowledge.
• Minimum four years experience in related fields.
