Responsibilities
Core Purpose of the Job:
Keep the roaming and Interconnect systems up and running efficiently, initiate creative solution in identifying and fixing the faults in the Interconnected and Roaming processes. Put roaming standard procedures & documents (AA14, IR21 , IR24 , IR32 and IR35) for MTNSS. Set roaming configurations and Launch roaming agreements with other partners. Control traffics from /to other partners. With the direction of the CSD operation manager he has to verify and optimize process and procedure flows. Prepare the new policy and procedure documents and flows.

Key Tasks:
Consult the roaming administrators.
Enhance the operations flows related TAP IN/OUT files, NRTRDE and Interconnect records.
Check rating processes and procedure loges periodically to make ensure non-stoppage of the roaming and interconnect process and systems.
Consult the administrator to resolve rejected files and new rejects calls , and loges all faults and rejects with the correction activities to be used in future as best practice in the units.
Make sure that the Archiving of TAP IN/OUT files is done in a good manner using billing backup procedure.
Support technical department in their system upgrades, new switches and perform file collection and rate test acceptance related to TAP OUT CDRs.
Maintain roaming activities, reporting, testing and launching roaming agreements.
Control roaming activities (testing & launching roaming agreement with foreign operators, clearing house invoices reconciliation, Upgrade issues.
Coordinate and assist other entities regarding new requirements, projects and assignments.
Learn new technologies, systems, software, and equipment needed to stay current, perform duties, and advise management, especially in areas of specialty.
Evaluate end-user requirements and constraints to get a thorough understanding and be able to provide practical solution designs.
Coordinate with Switch, Prepaid/IN, RA to resolve service problems.
Interface with Customer Service to resolve HUR , Roaming charging customer problems.
