Job purpose:
Provide responsive and proactive support to company’s clients on a daily basis and support the roll out of HR processes to drive business improvement and reflect the professional image of the company to clients and counterparts
Summary of duties & responsibilities:
- Oversee the HR processes within the company including a high volume of recruitment, contracting, and contracts management.
- Identify clients’ needs and coordinate recruitment processes by analyzing the job requirements, announcing, screening, shortlisting and sorting good talents that match the requirements
- Initiate and implement new ideas for attracting and retaining talents, headhunting, and enhancing the quality of services provided by the company
- Provide technical guidance and supervision to support staff within the team
- Manage, maintain, and enhance the existing HR Roster
- Apply quality assurance measures and ensure that processes are performed in line with the company policy and in compliance with approved processes and service requirements
- Handle the daily HR related correspondences to company clients
- Prepare and provide HR related inputs to the company reporting processes

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor degree in business administration, human resources, social sciences, development sciences, or other relevant fields with a minimum of 4-year relevant experience
Masters’ degree in business administration, human resources, social sciences, development sciences, or other relevant fields with a minimum of 2-year relevant experience
Computer skills:
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office applications, Outlook email Familiarity with operating simple ERP systems (HR database – Reporting Database)
Language Skills:
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required
Bachelor degree in business administration, human resources, social sciences, development sciences, or other relevant fields with a minimum of 4-year relevant experience
Masters’ degree in business administration, human resources, social sciences, development sciences, or other relevant fields with a minimum of 2-year relevant experience
