Responsibilities
- Ability to prepare the BOQ and the BOC if it is needed
- Ability to work in the project Location (Rural Damascus)
- Verification that supplied items meets the technical offer (Quantity and Quality) and within the timeframe
- Documentation of all the equipment’s (Take photos of equipment and their serial numbers and badges, then send copy to the technical department in Oxfam)
- Monitor the implementation processes of the terms of the contract and make sure they meet the book of technical conditions.
- Prepare reports during delivery and installation of items declared in the BOQ
- Scheduling of tests and trials of the equipment
- Follow-up the progress of work according to the time plan in the contract and prepares the reports about that.
- Prepare payment request
- Prepare quantities reports for all works in project and also equipment operation reports
- Make sure of the efficiency of the equipment during testing then upon operation
- Prepare the As-built drawings after finishing as necessary
- Prepare receipt and operation documents signed by relevant authorities
- Report on activities to PHE officer.
- Directly reports any incidents including field Incidents to the PHE Officer and the Security Officer
- Draw up operational reports, or any as required
- Build a good relationship with the local community leaders, and assure the acceptance of Oxfam work in the target area

Qualifications
- Education degree: BSc in Civil engineering, Hydraulics engineering or equivalents, with proven track record of involvement in design, contract management. And report writing
- Operational experience for the electrical and mechanical wells equipment
- Experience in supervising daily operations on site
- Good networking ability
- Fluency in Arabic and in English

Endurance: Must be able to work for full day working hours in the field across a number of days.
