Responsibilities
Objective, Scope of Work, Responsibilities and Description of the Proposed Analytical Work
Background:
The project is considered as a complement to the interventions of the United Nations Development Program in reviving the labor market in Deir Ez-Zor, and as part of an integrated program to revive income-generating businesses within the neighborhoods that have witnessed return movement and need a set of services to provide the basics of living in addition to reactivate the economic movement.
Functions / Key Results Expected:
Under the overall direction of the Economic Development and Livelihood officer and project manager, the Technical observer will be dedicated to this project delivery and quality.
The main responsibility is to ensure the successful achievement of all project activities by performing the following tasks:
- Providing technical support for the work progress in the project.
- Supervising rehabilitation and maintenance operations.
- Prepare area statements and workshop record.
- Daily supervision of the implementation of the works required by the workshops within specific criteria and commitment to the implementation schedule.
- Compliance with any duties assigned by the main supervisor.

Recruitment Qualifications
Education: Institute of technical observers
Experience: 5 years of experience in in the same field or another related field
Computer Requirements: Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages
