Scope/Objective
Under the overall direction of the project Manager and the supervision of the Area Associate, the Project admin is responsible for the implementation and support issues of the project, as stipulated in the programme support document, and as assigned to him/her by the his/her Supervisor.
Functions / Key Results Expected
1. Manage day-to-day tasks.
2. Ensure logistical arrangement readiness for all project activities.
3. Keep a track record of project activities including attendance, complaints, a problem encountered, results, and achievements Monitor all project activities, expenditures, and progress towards achieving the project output.
4. Provide feedback to the Project Manager on project activities.
5. Full collaboration with the project manager and UNDP field office.
6. Other duties as they arise.
7. Coordination and follow-up of appointment decisions and resignations, follow-up of staff and volunteer matters, and permanent communication with the project management.
8. Preparing & Collecting periodic reports for the project, and sending a copy to the project manager and the program office.
9. Organize, coordinate, and implement interviews, meetings, seminars, and events and prepare a final report in coordination with the reporter and present it to the project manager.
10. Preparing official letters between the project and other parties.
11. Coordination with the project photographer in coordination with the project coordinator to cover important events and events within the project activities.
12. Participate in preparing presentations for meetings and conferences related to the project and program as needed.
13. Managing data, arranging, indexing, archiving, and maintaining it correctly.
14. Respecting the privacy of work and humanitarian rules and regulations during the implementation of the work and not circulating any information outside the project or program offices without referring to the administration.

Recruitment Qualifications
Education Bachelor degree
Experience Two years of related experience
Experience in community-based assistance and in participatory community actions is an asset.
Previous experience in working with institutions of the civil society and local public organizations, especially with UNDP is an asset.
Computer literacy is a prerequisite
