Objective, Scope of Work, Responsibilities and Description of the Proposed Analytical Work Background:
The overall objective of this YEP2 project is to boost the employability of youth and improving their access to opportunities through the establishment of employment services centers to facilitate youth connection with different kind of employment services including but not limited to; career counseling, job research assistance, employability skills, life skills, vocational and skills training, continuous education services, Entrepreneurship, and networking with private sector employers.
The proposed project should address the main characteristics and problems of the provision of relevant services for the youth group that faces difficulties outlined as follows:
- Limited access to quality vocational training;
- Limited access to employment services; and
- Lack of support for small business development
Functions / Key Results Expected:
Under the overall direction of YEP coordinator, the Technical Support Worker will be dedicated to this project delivery and quality.
He / She main responsibility is to ensure the successful achievement of all project activities by performing the following tasks:
- Provide support to the YEP team IN IT field and logistic support to the training.
- Specifies specifications for alternative solutions, additions, and necessary updates.
- follows up the repair of faults as soon as possible and works to reduce the faults to a minimum.
- support the procurements and prepare the technical specification in the electrical/mechanics field.
- Ensure the arrangement of all training events in all workshops that require electrical equipment, needs.
- Provide support to the Project Manager regarding electrical and technical issues.
- Assist the supervisor in preparing other relevant reports.
- provide support in preparing a work plan to implement the tasks

Education:
-Electronic or Mechanics Engineering bachelor’s degree
-Experience: 2 years of experience in Electronic or Mechanics Engineering or relevant projects
Language Requirements:
- Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages,
- Fluent in Arabic and good writing, reading and speaking skills in English
- Organize and accurately complete multiple tasks by establishing priorities
- Establishes, builds and maintains effective working relationships with staff and clients to facilitate the provision of support Knowledge Management and Learning.
