- Ensure education activities are up and running according to technical and budget plans of the project.
- Monitor project activities regularly and provide M&E reports to the project manager- Support the planning processes for project activities and the development of relevant action plans.
- Support project manager to develop and adapt education material and training modules knowledge, both in English and Arabic to project needs, and organize, facilitate, and/or conducttrainings and workshops
- Liaise with school authorities, students, parents and other local stakeholders and communities representatives
- Participate in setting up/carry out needs assessments and evaluations as per the plans, and requests of the project manager
- where required, facilitate and coordinate the field arrangements for the planned visits of the donor and/or other FCA staff members to the project locations
- Constantly liaise with logistics, security, finance and Education staff in response to project imeplementation needs
- Assist in carrying out logistical arrangement connected to the activities and the sites set-up.
- Support the project manager to re-design the activities, activities budget, and other aspects of the project in situations of change on plans due to unforseable external factors and deviation on project plans.
- maintain constant communication with the project manager to inform about any critical, significant or important updates from the field on technical, financial, or relations with stakeholders levels of the project.

• Bachelor degree in social science or education.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience
• Excellent computer skills, especially good management of Office Package, statistics software.
• Basic M&E skills.
• Profound understanding of the humanitarian situation in Syria, and planning of response.
• Existing network of stakeholders.
