• Check invoices before payment.
• Perform payments in cash, by check and bank transfer.
• Manage cash advances and their closing.
• Prepare cash statement every day and update the pending items.
• Participates in cash-flow management, ensuring sufficient liquidity.
• In charge of the accommodation for the mobile staff and visitors.
• In charge of dealing with hotels and all related matters, and ensure a good quality of service provided.
• Perform any other assigned task requested by Admin department.
