The basic and the most important step is to identify new business opportunities by tapping the potential customers from different countries.
Manage direct reports, including recruitment of international sales staff, induction, training, development, and appraisals, to achieve functional and company goals
Be the go-to contact for the Business Development Manager, generating monthly & quarterly dispatch plans and then managing the team & coordinating with colleagues in the Business to achieve that plan.
Quickly learn about the key features and specifications of our LED lighting products and be able to clearly communicate this information to customers, and train all sales team about them.
To plan, design, develop and implement different sales activities by researching the customer's needs and requirements.
Promote key skills of accuracy, questioning, ownership, efficiency, effectiveness, and initiative & customer service skills within the team. Ensure professional & timely handling of customer enquiries & on time dispatch of goods.
Plan new market entry, and identify new opportunities.
Discovers target markets and advantages of other companies in coordination with sales team in different countries.
To constantly delegating tasks and responsibilities to the International Sales team, review performance and monitor their work, so that relevant information can be provided to the management.
To make sure that the existing clients are retained and maintained while developing the new customers
