Responsibilities
Scope/Objective
Under the overall direction and the supervision of the EDL Technical officer, the Project Coordinator is responsible for the implementation and financial issues of project, as stipulated in the programme support document, and as assigned to him/her by the his/her Supervisor
Functions / Key Results Expected
1. Ensuring that the project activities are carried out as stated in the document and in a manner that achieves the objective of the project.
2. preparing lists of requirements for equipment and machines with their technical specifications.
3. Executing the purchases and paying the dues according to the document and in accordance with the approved program rules
4. Submitting financial and technical reports related to the project and document all operations.
5. Compliance with the rules and regulations agreed upon within the project (Neutrality and Transparency).
6. Organizing and monitor schedules and ensure commitment to the implementation of the project in accordance with the plan.
7. Communicating with project partners and stakeholders for project activities, to optimize access and facilitation of activities relating to project implementation.
8. Compliance with any duties assigned by the main supervisor
9. Full collaboration with UNDP field office.
10. Other duties as they arise.

Recruitment Qualifications
Education Bachelor’s degree Engineering or another related field. Or mechanical institute with 6 years of experiences
Experience
1. Four years of related field experience .
2. Procedures for purchases according to UNDP policy
3. Experience in Vocational operations, equipment, and local markets.
4. Experience at beneficiary’s survey system, and good knowledge at vocational tests.
5. Experience in developing technical specifications of vocational equipment and tools
6. The previous experience with institutions and organizations is necessary (FBOs, NGOs, UN agencies )
7. Experience in computer and office app
8. Experience in planning and leading teams.
Language Arabic

Salary and Benefits
- This position is with ICI for the benefit of UNDP project (MAWREDI project)
- Candidates with more than 3 months Third Party Personnel contract validity, will not be eligible to apply for this position
- Duration and Type of Assignment: 6 Months
