Objective, Scope of Work, Responsibilities and Description of the Proposed Analytical Work Background:
The project is to support youth in transition moving from the education phase into the labor market through support the commercialization of the innovative marketable graduation projects and researchers that have the feasibility to enter the labor market by turning and translating these ideas into early stage companies.
Functions / Key Results Expected:
Under the overall direction of the Economic Development and Livelihood officer, the project coordinator will be dedicated to this project delivery and quality.
The main responsibility is to ensure the successful achievement of all project activities by performing the following tasks:
- Ensuring that the project activities are carried out as stated in the document and in a manner that achieves the objective of the project.
- preparing lists of requirements for equipment and machines with their technical specifications.
- Executing the purchases and paying the dues according to the document and in accordance with the approved program rules
- Submitting financial and technical reports related to the project and document all operations.
- Compliance with the rules and regulations agreed upon within the project (Neutrality and Transparency).
- Organizing and monitor schedules and ensure commitment to the implementation of the project in accordance with the plan.
- Communicating with project partners and stakeholders for project activities, to optimize access and facilitation of activities relating to project implementation.
- Compliance with any duties assigned by the main supervisor.

Recruitment Qualifications
Education: bachelor’s degree in economics, administration, or business- related fields.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years work experience in project management and in similar projects.
Language and Computer Requirements:
- Experience in the usage of computers and Microsoft Office
- Fluent in Arabic and good skills in English .
- Organize and accurately complete multiple tasks by establishing priorities.
- Consistently approaches work with energy and a positive, constructive attitude.
- Demonstrates openness to change and ability to manage complexities.
- High standards of integrity and business ethics.
- The ability to work in a team and withstand the pressure of work.
