- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the agency.
- Developing Policies Code of Conduct according to the principles of the agency, and oversee the process of adhering to which by all employees.
- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
- Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports.
- Format information for internal and external communication memos, emails, presentations, reports.
- Oversee the performance of other clerical staff.
- Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory.
- Nurture a positive working environment.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
