Responsibilities
Execute & Lead collections for all assigned projects.
Lead organizational process improvement initiatives to drive excellence in the collection aspect.
Process payment plan requests and ensure collection rate is maintained at at least 95% on all projects assigned.
Ensure Collection rate is 95% across all projects assigned.
Ensure 50 calls are done every day with at least 10 mins of average duration. Details to be logged in the google sheet on a daily basis.
Prepare and execute a collection strategy on a weekly, monthly & quarterly basis and present to line manager.
