Responsibilities
• Assist in the administrative part of the premises file: lease agreements, invoices, calculation for daily workers’ payment, etc.
• Responsible for monitoring and paying all utilities invoices for the ICRC premises in Homs (water, electricity, landlines …)
• Ensure that ICRC premises are clean and supervise a team of housekeepers.
• Provide and maintain security in the assigned premises by supervising a team of security guards.
• Enter and update the inventory and manage the Admin stores (coffee break items, cleaning items, stationery, maintenance items, and furniture).
• Write and translate formal and informal correspondence in both English and Arabic.
• Ensure that the staff know and apply ICRC rules on correspondence and protocol.
• Make sure that the letterhead stationary, business cards, envelopes, etc. comply with the ICRC procedures.


Qualifications
• Technical school or equivalent.
• 2-3 years' experience in a similar position.
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English language.
• Good knowledge of computers.
