Responsibilities
The M&E officer will support projects monitoring, conducting field monitoring visits, following up on implementation MEAL plans, support strengthening the project M&E capacity, and support reporting and data management.
Main Activities
1.Conduct/support conducting regular households interviews and survey in collaboration with our field partner as per project requirements and documenting results/findings.
2.Verifying project information and supervise the correct implementation on the filed.
3.Coordinate with the MEAL team and project manager and staff to document lessons learnt and findings.
4. Provide inputs and support to the MEAL team in developing their MEAL systems including access to the hotline; and feedback boxes where appropriate.
5.Ensure the maintenance of both qualitative and quantitative data.
6.Facilitate project and activities information at all events.
7.Support and maintain project monitoring tools, databases and project reporting data.
8.Other duties as required in line with the skills, experience and role.

Qualifications
Knowledge & Experience:
- Bachelor in social sciences or project management or related; better if with relevant training in M&E.
- Minimum working experience of 2 years.
- Data collection and project reporting.
- Very good spoken and written command of English.
- Excellent spoken and written command of Arabic.
- Computer skills, particularly in Word and Excel.
- Experience with digital data collection tools (such as KOBO) and/or Data Analysis software (such as SPSS) is a plus.
