Responsibilities
• Responsible for the purchasing process from receiving the request until goods/services are delivered.
• Independently carries out ordinary procurement for specific department(s) up to a certain amount.
• Organize tenders and contracts, propose selection tables to Head of Logistics.
• Follow up purchases and deliveries and check that they are conform with contact’s specifications.
• Receive goods and checks that they correspond to quantities and quality ordered.
• Keep all the database files updated all the time.
• Ensure that all Rules and Regulations of the ICRC standard procedures for purchasing are followed.



Qualifications
• High school or professional diploma
• 3 - 5 years work experience in a similar field.
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
• Good computer skills.
• Good capacity for negotiation and communication.
• Good knowledge of the local market.
