Responsibilities
Responsible for establishing/maintaining close operational partnership with Syrian Arab Red Crescent (SARC).
Support the ICRC Operational Departments to ensure that the implementation of the SARC/ICRC joint activities and programs takes place promptly and in accordance with the agreed procedures.
Assist the Cooperation department and SARC in developing and implementing guidelines, tools, procedures.
Develop and support the capacity building program.
Support the cooperation field officers in the sub-structures.
Translate from Arabic to English and vice versa

Qualifications
University degree in International Relations, Political Sciences or Public relations.
Minimum 3 years work experience in a similar field.
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Arabic.
Very good analytical skills.
Good negotiation skills.
Good computer skills.
