Responsibilities
- Develop program initiatives and outlines.
- Develops best practices to improve overall program performance.
- Conduct program reviews and prepare the required tasks
- Implementation of work plans in coordination with the team.
- Budget tracking and expense management activities for the program.
- Plan and execute program activities in a timely and accurate manner.
- Responsible of ensuring the implementation of child protection policy in all SOS Projects.
- Ensure all stakeholders have up to date project information
- Ensure quality management within the program and implements the recommendation from national and international quality audits and/or evaluations.
- Ensure that proper monitoring and evaluation system is put in place and applied in the program
- Ensure the effective implementation of the HR Cycle in the Program following national legal requirements and SOS guidelines.
- Coordinate the involvement of volunteers in the program and ensures effective human resource systems are implemented for them in line with defined practices.
- Provide regular professional guidance, supervision and support to the program team in accordance with approved strategies, policies of the organization and national legislation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in relevant field
- Minimum 3 years experience working in similar position
- Minimum 1-year management experience
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, including a supportive working style.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to summarize information
- Professional knowledge in English writing and reading,
- Professional computer skills
- Excellent report-writing skills
