Responsibilities
Organizational Duties:
• Work with Project Team and contribute to overall vision, description, and SRS for projects.
• Develop assigned task descriptions, assign resources and deadlines.
Technical Duties:
• Developing the primary design and architecture for assigned projects.
• Developing specific advanced codes/scripts for their projects as assigned by CTO.
• Overseeing the automated testing and providing feedback to management during the development process
• Leading software maintenance and upgrade cycles past initial version deployment in accordance with each project’s parameters.
• Modifying and testing changes to previously developed programs.
Other Tasks:
• Coordinating work with other team members and departments including graphics designers.
• Coordinating timelines, performance reviews, and other project and organizational tasks with Management and Project Managers.
• Assisting CTO with solutions as needed.

Education:
BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS or similar relevant field.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of well-rounded business-oriented software development experience.

Essential Skills/ Background:
Back-End
• Proficiency in server-side languages such as (Java, PHP, Python, JS).
• Proficiency with unit testing and Test-Driven Design.
• Familiarity with MVC design pattern.
• Solid understanding of software design principles such as (SOLID, KISS, DRY).
• Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
• Strong Knowledge working on RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with Git.
• Familiarity with software Architectural patterns such as (Event driven, Microservices, Pub/sub arch.).
• Building reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Optimization software for maximum speed and scalability.
Front-End
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JS
• Proficiency in JS frameworks such as (React, Vue, Angular)
• Familiarity with CSS preprocessors such as (SCSS & Less)
• Familiarity with CSS frameworks such as (Bootstrap, materialize, Bulma)
• Strong knowledge of SEO principles.
Advanced/Preferred Skills:
• Hands-on software architecture development experience.
• Use of Vagrant or other tools for efficient development environments.
• Experience with UI/UX for Enterprise applications
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Event streaming platforms such as (RabbitMq, Apache Kafka)
• Familiarity with web servers and its configuration such as (Apache, Nginx)
• Familiarity with Linux.
• Ability to lead client interactions and product presentations.
Other Skills:
• Self-starter and highly motivated.
• Drive for research, learning, and self-development.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced high-pressure environment.
• Strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills.
