Responsibilities
• Contribute to monitoring of the physical rehabilitation sector in Syria.
• Participate in setting up, implementation and follow up on physical rehabilitation projects.
• Participate in the capacity building in the field of speciality (prosthetics and orthotics / physiotherapy)
• Promote and exercise best practices in physical rehabilitation services.
• Follow-up the implementation of the activities defined in close collaboration with the line manager.
• Collect, compile and translate/interpret information related to the projects and contribute to written reports (weekly, monthly and annual reports and statistics).
• Responsible for establishing/maintaining close partnership with local stakeholders.
• Conduct assessments and field visits (as relevant) for planning and monitor activities.
• Translate & Interpret from and into Arabic.
• Contribute to logistical and financial tasks as required.


Qualifications
• Diploma in Physiotherapy or Orthopedic technician certificate.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in relevant field.
• Very good command of verbal and written English and Arabic.
• Good computer skills.
• Previous experience in NGOs is an asset.
