Responsibilities
Under the direction of the IT Manager, the incumbent will administer,
Troubleshoot, support, and develop the following:
• User Windows Environment, office and other business applications
• User Equipment’s: PC, Printer, Scanner, phones…etc.
• Backup/Restore and Archiving applications
• Assist in administrating and troubleshooting
o Windows Server Environment
o Datacenter and Infrastructure systems
o LAN, WLAN and WAN Networks
Troubleshoot, support, and develop the following:

Qualifications
• Good experience in Hardware/Software Technical Support
• Good communication skills in English, oral and written
• Problem solving skills
• Knowledge in the following is a plus:
o Windows server administration
o Virtualization Platform
