Responsibilities
• The ability to provide technical support remotely or go to the branches in the Syrian governorates.
• Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
• Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
• Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system.
• Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs.
• Work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate).
• Prioritize and manage many open cases at one time, upon direct manager.
• Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.

Qualifications
• Computer engineering graduated, specialization networks.
• Work experience in the same field 5 years at least
• Microsoft systems work experience & training courses.
• Confidentiality and flexibility to work.
• Advanced communication and organizational skills.
• Good level in English.
• Ability to work within a team.
