Responsibilities
1. Ensure high availability of network infrastructure.
2. Maximize network performance by monitoring performance,
troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades and implement new solutions and improve resilience of the current environment.
3. Undertake data network fault investigations in local and wide area environments using information from multiple sources.
4. Secure network systems by establishing and enforcing policies, and defining and monitoring access.
5. Support and administer firewall environments in line with the security policy.
6. Report operational status by gathering and prioritizing information.
7. Investigating faults in the network.
8. Upgrade data network equipment to the latest stable firmware releases.
9. Installing, configuring and supporting network equipment including routers, proxy servers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS and DHCP.
10. Provide remote support to employees in different hours when needed.
11. Audit of IP addressing and hosted devices within data centers.
12. Offering technical assistance on the delivery, configuration, set up, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems, hardware, and software.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer science/Engineering is required.
(3) Years experience in IT is required.
Excellent knowledge in the English language; Written & Spoken.
