Responsibilities
Key Tasks:
Analyze and implement TC requests for all network implementation activities (Radio and TX).
Present progress reports (monthly plan progress).
Supervise and monitor the contractors overall performance on field.
Accept (Sign) or reject contractors work according to MTN-tool kit.
Prepare an accurate material withdrawal requisitions for contractor’s daily work and trace the equipment until return them to MTN warehouse.
Escalate problematic cases to the unit supervisor.
Support and advice TC maintenance team in emergency cases.
Conduct all implementation reports (MW acceptance report).
Apply all Rollout processes and procedures.
Participate in preparing Rollout procedures, and processes.
Execute regulator administrative orders and sign execution memos.
Train new employees and intern students.
Perform random quality check for all Radio and TX activities.
Solve technical problems.
Deal with site’s owners and neighbors in special cases.
Respond to emergency cases.
Follow up the miscellaneous work implementation progress.
Accompany the contractors when working inside MTN switches and golden nodes.
Fill in the required database (Example: Equipment SN) on site management.
