Responsibilities
1. Perform as a member of an application support team for ERP systems users throughout the organization and its partners.
2. Work with ERP systems users and management to determine appropriate system configuration and setup.
3. Thoroughly understand ERP database schema.
4. Assist with testing new releases of ERP systems prior to use in a production environment.
5. Create documentation and procedures guidelines for ERP systems users.
6. Thoroughly understand ERP security subsystem in order to assign appropriate system access to users at different levels throughout the organization and its partners.
7. Thoroughly understand business practices and procedures in order to design, develop and maintain automated workflow processes.
8. Work as a Systems Analyst with knowledgeable persons throughout the company to help define user needs and develop data processing solutions.
9. Analyze and troubleshoot ERP system issues reported by end users.
10. Design, develop and maintain reports used by technical staff and ERP systems users.
11. Regular attendance at work and at scheduled meetings

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field.
