Personnel & Compensation Officer
Responsible for tasks related but not limited to personnel, benefits and compensation. Responsible to follow up on contracts, payroll, taxes, social security, exit interviews and any reports requested by the management. Responsible for overseeing, managing and administering employees' rewards, perks and benefits. This role is extremely important for developing programs to improve performance, engagement and satisfaction of employees.

Responsible for overseeing, managing and administering employees' rewards, perks and benefits. This role is extremely important for developing programs to improve performance, engagement and satisfaction of employees.
Successful Candidates should have:
• University degree in business administration or Commercial institute license or any related study.
• At least (1-2) years experience in the same or any relevant field.
• Good knowledge with the labor law, social security, and taxes.
• Experience with HRIS or payroll software and excellent understanding of Excel.
• Good analytical and communication skills, good organization and follow-up.
• Customer service skill, accuracy, and archiving.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office), and good English level writing and speaking.
• Flexibility, integrity, enthusiasm towards work, ability to work in confidentiality. Ability to work under pressure.
• Completed or exempted from military service (for males candidates).
• Must be a citizen or living in Damascus.
• Must have a Syrian nationality.

FMFI-S services cover seven governorates through eight branches and six service units in Damascus, Sweida, Aleppo, Lattakia, Tartous, Salamieh, Masyaf, and Homs.
